After two decades of buying and selling my own homes and raising three children, one with special needs, I became a Realtor in Georgia in 2015 and have exceled in real estate ever since. A native of Chattanooga for the first 26 years of my life, I have since lived to Nashville, Atlanta, and St Louis. Now that I am back home, I am so much more appreciative of this area and look forward to helping make my hometown, your home.
I have always been able to "see the possibilities" of a home where others may struggle, which can help to accelerate the speed and potentially increase the price of the home sale, while also enabling me to help buyers find the diamond in the rough others may not see. I have been in the top 10% of Realtors of my prior company, am a Certified Professional Stager, and have sold and consulted on homes from $300K to well over $1M+.
